Lovely picture~ And as always, I love your coloring style ^_^ Do you do any special effects to generate the contrast between light and dark, or is it just your color choices?

I'd say a combination of the two; As the style I used for this pic involves a lot more "erasing" on a top layer to bring about light as opposed to coloring in to produce shadows... Perhaps I'll do a tutorial on it someday, as it's a surprisingly simple but effective way to color (at least to me it is)

Good 'Ol Pencil and Pen were used to draw and Ink respectively. All else is digital
